Janna is an absolutely Gem. She is tremendously efficient and knowledgeable when you need someone to assist you in the realty world. The greatest strength I would say that makes a great realtor is having heart, and Janna has a tremendous heart. Having her helping hand for two moves already, she always has our families wants and needs in her heart and always acts in our best interests. Her kindness and attention to detail has helped me and my family move seamlessly without headache. Janna helped me sell my first home and I cannot say enough good things about her. Since I had never been through the process of selling, I was really nervous and I was also on a tight timeline, but she kept me calm and was so reassuring along the way. One thing that especially helped is that she is just so knowledgeable about the real estate market. She really takes the time to do her research and will absolutely get you the best price possible for your home.

Not only did she sell my first home, but she also helped me buy my current home. That was an even more stressful process for me because we ended up in a bidding war. But again, she remained calm throughout, reassuring me along the way, and ended up using her incredibly persuasive personality to get our offer accepted over one that was apparently very similar.
