Janna did a great job in helping me find a property to purchase, and I would definitely recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home. She never failed to return my calls and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Very professional.

Janna Williams not only lists and sales Real Estate, she is a Full Time Realtor and that is hard to find these days. That meant for me that she was readily available to answer my concerns and help me with a marketable plan of action for my particular situation. She made me feel as if she was working exclusively for me. Also as a Full Time Realtor, she had no other job on her mind but selling my home.

Janna advertised is several different ways. She aggressively pursued qualified buyers only thus avoiding unnecessary showings.

Janna Williams is an excellent realtor. She was continually professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend her to any one in the area looking to sell our buy.

I was looking at a house that I was interested in before buying mine, and was very happy when I saw that Janna had it because I had heard from other employees and friends that she was a very good realtor and has been doing it for a long time.
The house that I first looked at I didn't like at all and when walking out to the car to leave, Janna Williams said that she had just listed the house up the road and it was empty if I would like to go look at it, I said sure, and the rest is history, that's the house I bought and love!
I know Janna Williams worked day and night (because she would call & text me during those times, which was fine with me) trying to get things taken care of, and she made sure to keep me in the loop at all times. She's great!!!

Janna was always available and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns. She did an outstanding job of finding the right buyer for my home and in a very timely manner! Really appreciate all her hard work and the ending results of a sold home!
