It was a sensitive, difficult time for me. (Personally as well as a hellish timeline.) Jeff was considerate beyond the call of duty, sensitive to my situation and highly, highly protective of me through an exhaustive search for the right fit. There were times I was ready to buy something slightly less right than what I was looking for. He wouldn't hear of it. We saw countless properties. Sure enough the right one finally came along. And it had a set of very difficult circumstances attached. He saw me through it all, and protected my rights.
