I’m writing these words from the comfort of my new home and I’m very happy to say that Jeff was the one who represented me for the purchase. Jeff was referred to me (quite enthusiastically) by a colleague. When I first tried to make contact, Jeff happened to be travelling, out of the country, on another continent no less, and yet he still took the time to return my inquiries. If that fact alone doesn’t tell you that this is who you want in your corner for the sale or purchase of your home, I don’t know what will.

On my move back from Calgary to Toronto Jeff was very helpful in figuring out which part of the city would work for us. He took the time to show us multiple units and it did not matter what time of day it was. He was very accommodating and patient with us as clients. He was able to inform us of the positive and negatives of living in certain areas of the downtown core.

We eventually found a great condo thanks to Jeff and we are enjoying every minute of it.
