Jeff is very knowledgeable in all aspects of your house purchase. In this stressful time Jeff's easy demeanor helps to keep you calm. This was our first time building a new home and Jeff knew what questions to ask. We had a very specific list of features that we wanted and Jeff presented us with several pre-built homes that matched those criteria as well as model homes with the builder we ended up with. Jeff was there for our closing walk through and was very helpful with explaining answers that we need more detail.
