There's so much to say...Jeff is AMAZING!!! He is extremely knowledgable, personable, professional. He will always be recommended to my friends and family. Selling and/or buying a home is the most personal of transactions. Jeff and his wonderful wife Stephanie did an outstanding job in the the staging and final sale of our property, exceeding all our expectations. When we were ready to buy, Jeff's knowledge of the market and focusing his search on our must-haves, helped us find the perfect home for our family. He never overpromised and certainly never under delivered. We have our broker for life. Thanks so much again Jeff!!!

Jeff was excellent help for us for our first home purchase. He patiently showed us around Mississauga and explained the kind of housing available which helped us finalizing the area and type of house we wanted. I feel lucky to have come across Jeff's page while browsing the internet looking for brokers. What struck me was him mentioning that he had been frustrated with brokers in the past who were more like tour guides rather than providing a real service. We used Jeff to purchase our home in 2015 at that time we found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful and he found us a great home and negotiated a great price, under asking! Because of this we knew we would use Jeff again if our living situation ever changed.

When we decide to sell our home, (May 2020) Jeff was awesome as always. Jeff did a great job marketing our home and it sold better and faster than we could have ever imagined. 30k over asking in 3 days!!!

Great service! We hired Jeff to sell our home in Meadowvale and he didn’t disappoint. When we started he brought in his team to stage our house and even provided some art and accessories to make it look like a model home. He even went so far as to do a full video complete with an arial drone view to show off the big backyard. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend him!

Jeff was a spectacular buying agent. He gave honest feedback on neighbourhoods and houses. His attention to detail when looking at houses was great -- everything from looking at electrical panels, the age of the furnace and pointing out where things needed work. I really appreciated the great feedback he gave us on negotiating the price of the house!

My wife and I used Jeff as our Real Estate agent when purchasing our first house in September of 2019. Jeff was approachable, extremely knowledgeable of the area, and very patient. We never felt pressured or under a time crunch to find a house and make an offer. Jeff was also open to booking as many viewings as we wanted. I would use Jeff again to sell/purchase another house and highly recommend him.

Jeff, has been absolutely amazing! We met with many different realtors and most of them didn't take us seriously or just sent us MLS listings to look at... I spoke with Jeff on the weekend and by Tuesday he had 6 listings for us to look at ... He wanted to see our taste, budget and locations... After getting a feel of what we wanted he was able to find us a house within 2 weeks!!! He found us the perfect house we could call home! ... Jeff was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to our inquiries and was easy to reach. My husband and I were first time buyers in Mississauga and his knowledge of the different neighbourhoods were so helpful. He has great tips and keeps you informed of the whole buying process step by step. He was also very patient while we were house hunting and viewed 20+ homes with us. We highly recommend him!

We were looking to purchase a house in Central Erin Mills and hired Jeff for his knowledge of the area. We found him to be very honest, trustworthy, hardworking and friendly. He arranged all viewings with no pressure and negotiated hard with the seller to get things fixed before we signed the deal. He is very analytical, technologically savvy, and has excellent communication skills that were all very important in making the right offers and closing the deal in a timely manner. Jeff made sure we were settled well in our new house by many follow-up visits. He even hired his own handyman to replace our sink faucet that broke after we moved in. That’s going above and beyond.

We hired Jeff again to help us list and sell our old house in Churchill Meadows. Jeff’s expertise of the local market helped us make proper decisions on what upgrades we needed to make to get the best possible returns. He has an excellent team of individuals that love what they do and are very professional. His wife Stephanie did a great job of staging our house beyond our expectations. She spent lot of her time planning, worked with our contractors to select materials, and turned our house to look almost like a model home. We got multiple offers even in the tough market and Jeff arranged quick closing which was a huge benefit to us. We also hired Benjamin Ferrie, a lawyer recommended by Jeff. Ben was very helpful and promptly answered all our questions and explained the entire process quite well to make us feel more confident in the transaction.
