A wonderful experience, I never thought working with a real estate agent would be such an easy task; we were in very good hands throughout the whole process.

Jeff is a proactive person, he provided answers to all our questions; Jeff also saw to soothe any concerns we had during the process, never exaggerating possible outcomes. Jeff managed our expectations in a very truthful and respectful manner. Jeff is also a good listener when we approached him with concerns during the process, guiding us to the successful path which led us to an extremely positive outcome.

Renovations and professional staging were key to getting the best possible results; we strongly recommend anyone to take advantage of these services.

Jeff helped us buy our first home in this crazy market. We saw a lot of properties, and he was very helpful and patient through several bidding wars. He is very personable, professional and does his homework before meeting with you.

He is respectful of your needs and timeline and is in no way "pushy". That for me, was very impressive.

He walked us through the process before we listed and offered "staging" at no cost, as well. Although I was extremely hesitant to stage, once I met Stephanie and received her report, I decided to go for it. She did a fabulous job and made the entire process easier by being organized and fun to work with.

During the absolutely crazy time of mega showings, the office staff was professional, efficient and always pleasant. Jeff was supportive, encouraging and assuring.

Jeff dealt with our multiple offers efficiently on one night, at his office which made the entertainment and consideration of offers as easy and stress-free as this process can possibly be.

The best thing about Jeffrey O'Leary is that he is not pushy and is extremely respectful of his clients needs and timeline. He seems to have a genuine desire to find you the right home, not just make the sale. He knows his product and is not hesitant to tell you when he believes an area or residence is not right for you. The right real estate agent makes a difference!! We interviewed a few agents and decided to go with Jeff, and it is the best decision we made!

I have worked with Jeff on one purchase and one sale over a period of 5
years along with 2 or 3 times that I considered moving. He is always
extremely focused on his clients and understands the stress that inevitably
accompanies a move. He is an excellent negotiator, extremely ethical, and

Jeff is a great agent that is very patient and very knowledgable of local areas. We recently purchased our home in Milton but he was very helpful throughout Mississauga, Oakville and Milton. I figured the best way to tell you about Jeff is just to let you know a little bit about our home buying adventure...

My wife and I decided to relocate from our current home to a GTA location to be closer to work. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to move, we just knew our 3 hour/day commutes were too much.

After doing some research on different areas of the GTA we had it narrowed down to South West Etobicoke or Mississauga. Again, we weren't sure about exact neighbourhoods, but we liked the looks of those areas and the shortened commute time.

The next logical step was to find an agent. This proved to be more difficult than we had anticipated. There are just too many options!

At first we just started calling agents for individual properties we wanted to see. This wasn't a great idea as most of them - hearing that we weren't working with an agent yet - became very pushy and we started to receive a ton of emails from people trying to sell us a house. The problem was we didn't want to be sold a house, we wanted to buy a home!

One day while searching for listings in Mississauga I stumbled on Jeff O'Leary's website

Instantly my wife and I were very impressed. We thought, here is a person we can work with. A person seemingly uninterested in a quick sell, who took the time to create a website dedicated to a city in which we were very interested. A website not dedicated to houses for sale, but rather selling the neighbourhoods themselves, accompanied by info for buyers, sellers, and vlogs!

We immediately contacted Jeff and set up a time to meet.

Jeff was different from all the other agents we met. He wasn't at all pushy or overbearing. He also wasn't showing us poor quality houses at the top of our price range to try and up-sell us into mediocrity outside of our price range. Jeff took the time to show us the houses we found and houses he thought we would want to see. And though not all were winners, Jeff got to know us, and what we were looking for very quickly.

Ultimately, together with Jeff, we found what we were looking for; a place to call home, within our budget!

Jeff worked diligently with the sellers agent to negotiate a great deal and, thanks to Jeff, we were able to purchase the new house for under the asking price. This was impressive as everything else in the neighbourhood sold for at least 50k more than the final price of our new home.

Since finalizing the deal Jeff has been in contact with us. To make sure we are on track with our up and coming move, our planned visits to the new property before closing, and just to check in on my daughter who recently underwent surgery.

In the end my wife and I are extremely happy we found Jeff. The process he took us through in purchasing our new home made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. I will defiantly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and I will definitely be using him again in the future.

What really sold us on Jeff at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate was twofold: 1. He is incredibly easy to get along with. He has an outgoing personality, with the right blend of friendliness and professionalism. He was not afraid to tell us his opinion and whether or not we were focusing on the right things, which is incredibly refreshing. 2. He provided a level of insight and knowledge on the numerous neighbourhoods in Mississauga and Oakville that no other agent would have been able to do. When we suggested broadening our search to include other neighbourhoods, he knew right away which ones would and wouldn't have worked, based on our preferences, lifestyle and expectations. He understood exactly what we wanted in terms of house and neighbourhood, but was able to setup our expectations appropriately given our budget. In the end, he helped find us a home we couldn't have been more thrilled with. He couldn't have hit the nail on the head any better.

Jeff provided such a fantastic home buying experience.
