Selling and buying at the same time felt like some kind of magic act. I was so worried about how it would all align which Jeff was able to ignore and delivered on his promise to me of making it happen. We looked at many houses and many options in a few key areas I was interested. In the end I purchased the first house I saw but couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger after only seeing one house. Jeff negotiated a good deal to me and I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought a house in Meadowvale. This is clearly one of the areas Jeff is a complete expert. He knows the current issues here as well as many recent historical facts that gave me a good sense of this new neighbourhood. He was not wooden in his delivery either. Jeff provided information in a way that made me feel that he cared about me and was passionate about his job. He also clearly cares about the Meadowvale community which made me feel even better about my decision to live here.

I clearly remember the night I made the offer on the house I got. I waited in the car for an hour and had a sinking feeling that this was not a good sign. My phone rang and Jeff delivered the good news on a multi-offer situation. I got the house. That feeling of satisfaction is what I still have today with this whole experience. Even if I missed that opportunity I know that I had good representation and I would get the one I wanted.

Selecting my broker was pretty simple. I was already using Jeff to sell my existing house and I was buying in the neighbourhood that he was very knowledgeable about so it was a win/win situation.

Jeff came in with a team of experienced people. He helped review the demographics of our neighbourhood and also helped us stage our house correctly. He showed us all the information we needed to know in order to properly understand what would be the likely conclusion of the sale our house. I am always sceptical of big decisions like this and he was able to address my concerns and pragmatically bring me into his world. We also created a priority list of things to do together with a budget and he helped pull the team together and keep us on budget.

Jeff brought a lot of soft skills to this sale including a good knowledge about the area and our specific situation with selling. He was not only a professional but he was friendly and sensitive.

The support people that were in touch with me from Better Homes and Gardens were also helpful and informative. The times that I needed them they were available promptly and addressed issues quickly either directly or with Jeff.

I hope selling my house doesn't happen very often but when I do I know I'm going to Jeff.

Jeffrey O'Leary made our out of province home purchase much less stressful. He was on the ball and very knowledgable in all aspects of the purchase process. Jeff was very willing to make trips out to different properties to view them without us being present. Thanks Jeff for all your hard work!

We had such a positive experience dealing with Jeffery Leary. The sale of our house was very smooth and stress free. Jeff took my requirements, wish list and price range and showed me exactly what I was looking for which allowed me to be able to make a decision faster and speed up the buying process. This was important to me as I had just taken a new job and time was a factor.

I had a price limit of course and Jeff was able to negotiate a deal well below asking price to get me the best house in the area on the market at the time for a very reasonable price.

I will be contacting Jeff when I purchase my next home. I also refer him to friends, family and colleagues whenever possible.

My husband & I were expecting our first child and we were in a bit of a time crunch to find our first home. Jeff worked diligently to find us a place that would meet all of our needs, in our preferred neighbourhood. He got us in our home under budget and with plenty of time to spare! He continues to keep a lookout for our next home. I would gladly recommend Jeff to any of our friends and family.

My neighbor gave me a package that Jeff prepared for her to assess their property value. I was impressed with the information on the package and how detailed the assessment was. I hired Jeff after interviewing three other agents. None were close to his knowledge of the market. After we signed, Jeff was very easy to work with and was very helpful at all stages of the sale process. He and his wife Stephanie also provided me with a free staging service, which was very useful, as the property was empty when it was put in the market.
