Jenny was fantastic, start to finish. We had initially chosen another realtor based on a friend's recommendation, but we were in a hurry due to a pending home sale and he was a little too laid back for our needs. Our realtor for the sale recommended Jenny and she completely understood our sense of urgency. Being from out of the area (Los Angeles), her knowledge of the different desert neighborhoods was incredibly helpful and she took care of a ton of tasks (like the inspection) that we couldn't do ourselves because we were two hours away. Not only was she quick to respond throughout the whole process, but every time I thought of something she had already taken care of it! We couldn't have made this move without Jenny's expertise and we highly recommend her!

Jenny made the entire process stress-free, and got the results I wanted. She kept in contact with updates, every step of the way and always responded quickly to any of my questions. She even had her husband to a minor repair that was mentioned in the house inspection, which saved time and money. She also had a house inspection and pest inspection performed in advance of listing to be certain there were no issues. This made the process smoother for both seller and buyer.
