When I began my real estate career in Iowa City in 1987 I adopted my Grandpa Howe’s slogan, “It Pays to Know Howe.” He became a Realtor in Charles City, Iowa after retiring from farming. People in his community trusted him to take care of them. He was kind enough to share “It Pays to Know Howe” with me and was proud that I had become a Realtor. In using his slogan I knew I’d have big shoes to fill, and I like to think that if he could see me now he’d still be proud of how I’ve used his name and slogan over the past 30+ years. I strive to make sure my clients feel comfortable and taken care of and am pleased that so many of my clients have become good friends. This industry is constantly changing and evolving, which is why I’m committed to always learning and improving, I’m even on Instagram! I have deep Iowa roots. I know and love this community and have grown as it has grown. I can’t wait to share my enthusiasm and experience with you in the home buying or selling process.
