I had a few bumps in the road regarding my purchase. Luann was helpful and tackled all issues head on. Although not required to do so, she had the carpet cleaned prior to my move in and ate the cost. The sellers agent had previously agreed to take care of it prior to closing but didn't. Luann also did some other things above and beyond for which I was thankful.
