Jerry Butterbrodt walked me through the entire process, answering all my questions, always returned my phone calls, text, and emails promptly. He showed me the home on a Friday, and we closed the following Friday without a single hitch. (I paid cash). Jerry was on top of everything from start to Finish. He actually listens to people. He knew I was living at my sons out of a suitcase having just arrived in Arizona from Florida and needed to find a home quick.
I'd like to add that Jerry never came off as the typical phony sales person. I got the feeling from the start he was sincere. And am convinced of it now.
