In my opinion, there is no better agent and/or person than Jerry Butterbrodt. He has a tremendous amount of patience which allows him to get to know the buyer well enough to determine just what type of home and neighborhood would fit the buyer. Consequently, Jerry does not waste neither his nor the buyer's time by going around to what mostly likely would be a completely wrong or undesirable home or neighborhood for the buyer. He is, what I would call "awesome".

Jerry does a great job, mine was a difficult property to sell . Jerry knew there was a buyer out there and didn't give up. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
