Jessica Venables

Hi, I'm Jessica Venables, a REALTOR® and co-founder of Annex Real Estate Group in Nanaimo. I help buyers and sellers across Central Vancouver Island, including Nanaimo, Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach.

Before real estate, I spent eight years in accounting, including estate and executor work. That shapes how I work today: clear numbers, a clear process, and no surprises along the way. It's also why families settling an estate or selling under a power of attorney often end up working with me.

I've renovated three homes of my own, including moving a carriage house, so I can walk through a property with you and talk honestly about what it would take to make it work.
