Great experience! Jess is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and friendly. Finding a new home can be nerve wrecking, but she made this process simple and really put my mind at ease. I appreciate her honesty and recommendations that ultimately led me to the right home for our family. I highly recommend her whether you are renting, buying or selling!

She has the patience of a saint. Walked me through every single step as a first time homebuyer. Found me the perfect loan. Literally was by my side every step of the way. Worked so hard to get me everything I needed and wanted. Always available to text or call. She worked with me to view numerous homes, specifically in the area of Jacksonville I wanted. Just as I was about to give up on finding something I loved, she found me my perfect home.

If google would allow me to give 10 stars I would. Jess was an amazing realtor. My wife and I bought our first home about a month ago. With it being the first time naturally we did not know anything about the process, but that was not an issue since Jess walked us through the process. She helped us find a beautiful home with in our price range and in a good neighborhood. I can not express enough how thankful we were to have such a knowledgeable and friendly realtor.
