A real estate professional for nearly ten years, JP Pereira is known for his integrity, commitment, loyalty, and sincerity in all of his dealings. Since joining Royal LePage in 2010, JP has prided himself on his passionate and dedicated drive to serve his clients’ best interests.

Throughout JP’s years in the business, he has consistently achieved the Sales Achievement Award, Master Sales Award, and the President’s Gold Award.

JP grew up in Mississauga and continues to reside there with his wife and dog. His passion for sales began when he started his first job at the age of 12, doing door-to-door sales for various products for the Ontario Teen Program.

He has persevered with his passion and success in sales and has built a successful career in real estate, representing sellers, buyers, investors, tenants, and landlords primarily in the Peel and Halton regions, as well as other surrounding areas. JP is also very knowledgeable about the condominium market in these areas and currently holds the position of President on the Board of Directors of a condominium corporation in Mississauga.

JP’s main intentions are to understand the needs of his clients, to successfully negotiate and close each transaction for the best possible price, and to build relationships with his clients that will last a lifetime.
