I had the pleasure of working with Robert Preece as my selling realtor in Niagara Falls. Selling a home can be a very stressful experience, especially with the current buyer's market. His strategic approach and in-depth knowledge of the Niagara market were evident from the start. He conducted a thorough analysis of my property, ensuring it was positioned competitively, which resulted in a successful sale in just under 12 weeks.
