I would just like to publicly state that Mr. John Mondello is the BEST realtor I’ve ever come across. This is the second home that he’s assisted me in purchasing. By saying assisted I do him no justice, b/c he goes above and beyond his call of duty. From sending homes very conveniently through emails, setting up walk through, communicating with other realtors, and even getting need to know information for his clients. He goes about his business as if he’s buying the home for himself. I am so grateful for Johnny that words can’t even express. His process makes your life so easy, from esigning documents to seeing five homes in one day. That is one the best part of his process. I’d recommend and WILL recommend Johnny to any and every person that I come across who wants to buy a home. You will not be disappointed, and you’ll be thoroughly impressed!!! I can’t keep these perks to myself. By that I’d be doing myself, Johnny, and everyone else a disservice.
