The Lambert group made our whole first home buying exercise in Waterloo smooth and worthwhile.

Amy was very patient in onboarding us and answering all our questions during the initial sessions. She always kept us informed about the probable listings fitting our budget and preferences as well as the role of a realtor. Jen and the admin team made sure our paperwork was peachy. Amy's responsiveness is A+, since she was ever available on email, phone and chats to clarify our questions.

Once we found the property, Amy helped us get the paperwork and offer in time to the buyers. Us being in Toronto and doing it all remotely wasn't a barrier at all, thanks to the Lambert group team. Amy was all along with us during the walkthroughs and ensuring that the closing went smoothly. She also checked in after we moved to confirm everything was fine, which was sweet.

They had people in place to help prepare the home. They answered every question we had.
