Joseph Cecil

I’m a North Dakota native who believes real estate should feel straightforward and stress-free. Before entering real estate, I worked in the oilfield, equipment sales, and operations management—jobs that taught me how to solve problems, work hard, and treat people right.

I originally got into real estate while managing my own rental properties and quickly realized I loved helping others navigate buying and selling homes. Today, I’m a licensed North Dakota Broker serving the Fargo area.

Outside of real estate, my family runs a Halloween store, pumpkin patch, and haunted attractions in Williston, and I operate a seasonal fireworks business. I’m a regular guy who believes in honest advice, hard work, and helping clients make smart decisions.
