Josh Grimm maintained a professional stance while still providing advice when asked directly. He made sure I was comfortable and encouraged me to ask any questions I had throughout the entire process and explained each thing carefully to make sure I understood. He went above and beyond to help when we were having bank issues to make sure we got the house we wanted.
