He knew we were in from out of town and he showed us many houses that we wanted to see as well as homes that found that matched our needs. He also provided advice on locations. We had a wonderful experience with Josh! We reached out about a house on Zillow and Josh instantly reached out to schedule a tour. He let us tour multiple homes before putting our house on the market to see what was out there and if we wanted to try to sell our home. We would simply text him the address and immediately started booking times no matter day or night. He was incredibly fast responding to our text messages, calls, or emails. Within a week of telling him we wanted to sell our home, he had it on the market. He held open houses every single weekend (both Saturday and Sunday). After about a month on the market, we received an offer! Not only did Josh sell our home, he also facilitated the purchase of our new home. He handled negotiations fantastically between us and our buyers and new sellers. He also went above and beyond to ensure that the closing of our old house coincided with the purchase of our new house so it was a seamless move. Lastly, he helped with the entire moving process (loading and unloading 2 Uhauls for multiple trips). He dedicated his entire day to helping us move. Great to work with and would highly recommend. He is motivated, dedicated, and has great endurance for this sometimes lengthy and tedious process.

We didn’t know exactly what we wanted, and it was a roller coaster for us along the way, but Josh was patient and helpful throughout the process. When we found a home that we fell in love with, Josh negotiated on our behalf expertly and fought for us relentlessly. We had to sell our home in order to buy a new one, and Josh helped us navigate the chaos and somehow make it all happen. And now we’re in a home that we love with an amazing back yard, in a great school district, in a great corner of Wingfield. He provided the perfect balance of personal and professional and most of all, he’s a good guy, and cares about his clients!
