After 14 years in real estate and helping grow a team to over 4,000 home sales, I decided it was time to do things a little differently. Having been involved in so many transactions over the years and personally selling over 500 homes myself, I have gained valuable insights into what truly works to secure the best deals for our clients.

Did you know that during the pandemic, many buyers were seeing their offers accepted roughly 11% of the time? This meant it often took 9 to 10 offers to secure just one acceptance. Mind-blowing, isn't it?

With our extensive experience and thousands of hours spent on role-playing calls and training sessions, we achieved an acceptance rate of just under 80%. This means that most of our clients in that competitive market were successfully moving into their dream homes approximately 1 out of 2 times. If the first offer didn't work, the second one often did.
