Joshua has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003, and is currently licensed in both Washington and Montana. In his years as an agent, he has listed and sold over 100 properties, totaling more than 37 million dollars.

Real estate isn’t just how he makes a living, it’s also how he lives. He's an owner and investor just like you - having bought and sold several properties of his own - so he can personally relate to the idiosyncrasies and challenges of new construction, bank-owned properties/short sales, and rental properties to name a few.

Joshua has helped over 200 individuals and families buy or sell real estate, including land, residential homes, multi-family homes, and condos. He enjoys working with the everyday homeowner, but his current clientele also includes luxury builders, spec builders, attorney firms, guardianship service companies, and investors/flippers.
