Hi, somehow the name of Joyce Mehanna came up in our search. We contacted her and she gave us the very best of her services and availability. We visited 3 houses found under the sélection she sent us through Trovit link. The first house , our promise of purchase wasn’t high enough. We lost it for less than $2K.
