Jai is an incredible professional. She is patient, and uses her knowledge to keep everyone calm through what can be a tough experience. Strongly recommend Jai!!!!

Having had a very good experience when we purchased the home on Lindsey dr. with Jai Vetter, she was the first person we thought of when it came time to sell. She has been the greatest of help in so many areas, especially where required work was needed and selling advice. Yet we feel she went beyond with help as we live out of state. Being able to close without having to be there was wonderful since we didn't want to travel during this covid19 scare. She was so great that if the need ever arises to need real estate services again in that area we would call her first. Thank you so very much Jai

If you are buying or selling an investment property in the Atlanta in town market there is no one better than Jai. She is the hardest working agent I have ever dealt with and I'm in the busy. This is my 3rd treansaction with her and I will be doing a few more.

Jai is the absolute best. I love working with her! I prayed for God to connect me with the right person/people to make my real estate investing business successful and then I met Jai. This was after having a horrible experience with 2 other realtors. I can’t say enough great things about her. She’s just awesome! She’s responsive, eloquent, professional, punctual, detail-oriented, she helped me when I forgot important dates, again, I love working with her. I hope she reads this.

She got my house sold for a good price for the area. I worked with her from afar and she still managed to be responsive and available to me. She presented me 6 offers on the first day. She did a really good job and i would recommend her any day.
