I recently listed my property in Harmony with Julie Ray-Ritchie with Caldwell Banker. Julie was referred to me by my good friends Toey and Jay Holmes. From our first meeting I knew Julie was my person. She addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. We were working on a tight time schedule in a less than optimal timing with the market but Julie made it happen! We closed on the KY house and Julie assisted with all details assuring the funds were at the title company in TN in plenty of time to close there.
