Julie was very open and easy to talk to. I interviewed several realtor’s before deciding to go with Julie. She provided me with the most detailed CREB report and met me to discuss my options. She gave me great suggestions for my property to help me sell, and kept in touch during the property prep period before listing my place. She organized a great photographer to take beautiful pictures and had a professional to do measurements. She has answered all my questions, and helped me stay on top of all aspects of the sale. I will definitely use Julie again as a realtor.

When we deiced to build, the builders will offer mot discount if we didnt involve a realtor but My husband and I will not have that. Julie and Natasha Quan-Vie were fantastic to deal with. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, took time to answer all of our questions (and there were lots!) and they were always quick to respond to calls and texts. They got the job done quickly and their pre-sale recommendations for preparing the property were right on the mark - not too much, not too little.

We had offers within days of listing and we had an above-ask offer in a very tough buyer's market.
