We worked with Julie to buy our house a few years ago, and again to sell it in 2025. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and supportive through the buying and selling process. She understood the current market and made appropriate recommendations while letting us, as the sellers, determine our path forward. I won't hesitate to call Julie when it's time to buy again.

There were some simple upgrades that Julie never suggested until we'd missed 2 or 3 probable sales, that once done led to the property being sold. During this time prices were falling and we ended up selling for probably $50,000 less than we would have received if she had advised us in the beginning. This was disappointing and reflected a lack of thoroughness on her part.

Julie NEVER missed a call from us and her response time was bar none. She was one of the most knowlegeable angents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She came to the initial meeting/interview 100% prepared and had more information and research than any other agent we screened. She also had pricing much more in line with what we were thinking and wasn't just trying to make a "quick sale for commission"....she answered every single text or email from me immidiately with zero wait time (and believe me, there were a lot). She did the working dealing with our lawyer, banker and mortgage broker when selling and purchasing!
