She was extremely honest as well with the process and ALWAYS on top of everything. I couldn't have picked a better realtor for one of the biggest decisions of my life. She's an amazing person and truly cares about your wants and needs. I am so beyond happy with the work she put in for me, this woman works so hard and in this period of time... she's always done everything in her power to make me feel at ease even if I called her 20x she always answers. Hello, my name is David. I was in a bind and needed to sell my home. Karen got in touch with me and was able to present a few options to help my situation. She held an open house on a Saturday afternoon and by evening there were two offers and by Monday the offers got better and we closed a few days later. Through out the process she would check in on me everyday and I really didn't mind at all. A few days past and she showed up with a check. At the time I had no bank account and she was willing to drive me to a bank, it was too late to go that day and she offered to drive me the next morning (that's about 45 minutes one way).
