I’m Karolina Gomez, a bilingual Alabama Realtor® with Kelly Right Real Estate of Alabama, bringing seven years of real estate experience and a proven track record of helping buyers and sellers successfully reach the closing table.

I work with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, sellers, investors, and families relocating to Alabama. I pride myself on being hands-on, responsive, and honest with my clients. From the first conversation through closing day, my clients have an agent who communicates with them, advocates for their best interests, and helps them understand every step of the process.

One thing that sets me apart is that I don’t believe a buyer should be forgotten simply because they aren’t ready to purchase today. I offer a Mortgage Readiness Program for clients who want to become homeowners but need help getting mortgage-ready first. The program provides a path forward so they can work toward becoming qualified and return to the home-buying process when they’re ready.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and serve clients throughout Calhoun, Talladega, St. Clair, Etowah, and surrounding Alabama communities. Whether my client is purchasing their first home, relocating, investing, or selling, I provide personalized service instead of a one-size-fits-all experience.
