My husband and I would recommend Kelly 100%. She sold our Tawas City home in less than a month. We were told by other realtors in the area that nothing was happening, and people weren't buying at that time. We contacted Kelly, and people came to see the house while she was putting up the sign. We particularly appreciated her technology skills. Her advertising and the video presentation were definitely 21st century quality. She was totally with us throughout the negotiating and closing process. If we had another house to sell, we would call her in a second.

Kelly was fantastic navigating our list of things we were looking for in a lake house - many years ago. Off far enough from US23, no drainage culverts, no access points, no resorts next door, and a must was sandy Beach......She was so very patient, if we were frustrating she never ever showed it! She was professional and knowledgeable, plus really helpful in providing information we never really thought about. In the end, with Kelly's positive negotiation, we purchased our slice of beach and heaven. We are forever grateful and recommend Kelly without hesitation.
