Kelly went beyond the call to support myself and my wife as we purchased this property out of province. As there was many questions, concerns in this process she was accessible whenever needed. She responded quickly with professionalism and walked us through the process better than any real estate agent I have dealt with purchasing in Ontario. I would recommended Kelly Macdonald to all family and friends without a second thought.

Kelly was recently involved with the listing and sales of 4 properties involved in an estate. Her work was thorough, timely, and professional. I would definitely have Kelly involved in the sale of other properties and highly recommend her to anyone considering the purchase or sale of properties.

She stood out straight away because of how positive her attitude was with regards to being able to sell my property for the price I wanted ….and she did!

This story can best summarize my experiences with Kelly Macdonald: I reached out to Kelly on a Friday evening after 9:00pm not expecting her to answer. Sure enough, she answered the phone and I showed her 5 properties I would be interested in viewing - expecting this to take some time to arrange. Later that night I received an email that she had arranged for all properties to viewed the next day at 1:00pm. Kelly takes action and will make it happen!
As a first time home buyer, I went into this process with almost zero knowledge of what to expect. Kelly explained every last detail to me and answered about a million questions I had while also providing an amazing pamphlet of resources to help me out!

Kelly was fantastic! We talked over several months to get a sense of the market, and once I was ready to buy she helped me navigate the whole process in days!

She was great throughout but especially helpful during the negotiation process. Her local market knowledge got us a great deal (much better than I would have negotiated myself) and really was a win-win. Her after-purchase support was also great - she helped iron out all the remaining details prior to move-in. I can't see myself using any other agent!

If we could give Kelly one million stars we would. She was helpful, knowledgable, eliminated stress and promptly got back to us. She went above and beyond with every step.
