Kelly Martelo has been in the real estate industry since 1983 as a real estate consultant, helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals. Gaining her title in Real Estate Commerce in Colombia, Kelly was the co-owner of Raiz Limitada for five years, where she was responsible for the sales and management of hundreds of properties. Her entrepreneurial attitude has driven her success in Latin America, Canada, and the United States.

As an international sales consultant for Semex Alliance (Canada, Latin America & Africa), Anicam Enterprises (Miami, FL), and Florida Realty of Miami (Miami, FL), Kelly has developed a deep knowledge of every aspect of the sale, including negotiating, title insurance, financing, appraisal, and more.
