I can totally recommend Mr. Cruz. My sister passed away, leaving me her condo, and in my grief and ill health, it's hard to handle stuff. He took care of it all--removing the unwanted furniture/junk, cleaning up, preparing for sale. Always kept me up to date. And as a bonus, Mr. Cruz has a very friendly, upbeat, pleasant personality. Good energy. So, he made it easy to pass on my sister's home to another who I hope will be very happy there. When I am ready to buy a new place, I know who to call. Five stars.
