It’s been a little over a month since I closed on my home with Emily Outsen. This was not my first purchase so I’m somewhat knowledgeable about the process, but Emily’s expertise is on another level. Her communication was great through the whole process. She kept me informed on every step of the way. Almost all of the documents that I had to sign was sent via doc you sign. And she also sent copies right after I signed them & also explained everything that she was sending. Every question that I had she answered. Even though I lost the bid the first time she previously informed me that the houses are going at 97% of the asking price. They accepted a higher offer than my bid. Eventually the buyers backed out and the sellers accepted my offer. Emily followed through and made sure everything was legit before letting me know if I still wanted to go through with my offer because it was accepted. Emily also helped me out with my financing team when they needed a form sent or signed,

My husband and I currently live in CA and wanted to move back to my hometown in IL, which was a challenging situation given that we were so far away from being able to explore houses and find our dream home. Carrie made the process so much easier for us. As soon as we found a house we liked on Zillow, we would send to Carrie who would immediately reach out to the sellers agent. There were times where she was at the house, taking a video for us, in less than 2 hours the same day. Her videos would be ready usually around 2-3 hours later so my husband and I were able to look at it. The videos were great and captured the whole house, including the outside both front and back of the house. She would always give her valued insight when asked, as well. Overall it was great working with Carrie. Would absolutely recommend her especially in cases where someone might not be located where they are looking to buy!
