Homes moved faster than before, spending a median of 53 days on market, almost 40 percent fewer days than the prior month and about 23.19 percent fewer than a year earlier, while roughly 4.4 months of supply and an average sale-to-list ratio near 0.99 point to a seller’s market even though only about 28.57 percent of homes sold above list and just under 5 percent had price drops.
Looking ahead to March 2026, projections show typical values easing toward about $383,750 while the projected median list price edges up to roughly $488,917 and inventory nudges higher to around 65 homes.
