Kelsey Frazier

Born and raised locally in Giles County, Kelsey has strong roots in the area, which arms her with a unique knowledge of the New River Valley and what makes it such a special place to live. Easily a people-person, Kelsey has never met a stranger! She currently lives in Blacksburg with her son, Beau.

With a background in team-oriented hobbies like college basketball and recreational volleyball, Kelsey applies that competitive spirit towards her clients' ambitions. Additionally, Kelsey has the negotiation tools to combat troublesome scenarios, from her time running a successful tax resolution case team.

Kelsey quickly learned, after taking a position with a top-producing real estate team, that the thrill of helping people was too prevalent to ignore! For Kelsey, it’s not just about selling houses, it’s about the people. She only has one gear – and that’s GO!
