Blacksburg’s rolling three-month figures show a steady flow of homes coming on and off the market, but with less new supply than a year ago. New listings are down nearly 15% year over year, while homes sold have also dipped slightly. With 156 active listings and only 2.2 months of supply, conditions still lean toward sellers.
