Pearisburg is showing a tilted-but-softening seller’s market, with the local gauge at 26 out of 100. Inventory has grown less tight over the past year, as months of supply climbed to 3.2 months, more than doubling compared with a year ago even though active listings are down about one-fifth year over year.

We engaged with her in the 2nd half of June and she went to work right away having a complete set of nearly 100 photos taken and establishing an on-line presence of our property as "coming soon". In the meantime, she carefully coached us on what furniture should remain in the property and what items should be put away.
