Excellent experience

We were looking for a realtor who knew the market and who could help us determine what parts of our home needed attention. Kent scheduled our first meeting at a moment's notice. Even during our first visit he walked the property alerting us to items that needed help. While we were willing to spend money to spruce the property up, Kent was very quick to point out things that were not worth spending money to renovate. He was very patient and affirming with us, guiding us through the entire process with ease. We can't imagine a better experience with a realtor.

I had such a great experience with Kent when I had to short sale my other house a few years ago, I couldn't imaging going with anyone else. He is a very thoughtful, genuine person who I believe sincerely cares about his clients.
He doesn't seem to be the kind of person who would waste your time with just any home. He gets to know you and understand what you are looking for. There was no wasted time.

We know Kent and have used him when we purchased our prior home. Kent is conscientious and we would not have used anyone else.

Kent went above and beyond what most realtors would have done. Our buyers were not out of the house the morning of closing, and wouldn't have gotten the move completed for at least several days. Our movers were coming the very next morning to move us into our new home. Kent raised "an army" for us, which enabled us to pack the sellers up (filled two large moving vans), and we were able to have possession by 4:30 that afternoon. He was amazing, and got the job done! I don't know if other realtors would have gone so far as to do all of that. Thanks again, Kent!
