We were moving across the country from Idaho to Indiana and needed an agent who understood what we wanted and was aware of how different this would be with limited time to look in person and also needed someone sensitive to this being an emotional move. Kent initially had two houses We were looking at listed so before we called him we looked at his online reviews which were great. After We called and spoke he was so calming and knowledgeable I knew he would be a great help to us.

Kent took hours out of his day initially to tour us around the area even when we weren’t 100% sure yet that we were moving. He was so informative of the area and the real estate and also was soooooo gracious and never seemed put out.

Kent was also just so wonderful and respectful. He is such a professional and would offer his opinion only when asked he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on a house. he really seemed to want us to find what was best for us and came off very genuine. When we found a house online he was able to have a member of his team FaceTime us through within the hour and he was always available to answer our questions and good about getting all the information we requested as soon as possible. We were very impressed and pleased with Kent as an agent. Would highly recommend him!
