Kim Miller

Kim Miller is the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of Out of the Box Real Estate LLC, proudly serving the Columbia, Sumter, and Charleston markets. She is also a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Instructor, dedicated to mentoring and equipping agents with the tools to thrive in today’s evolving industry. Kim is actively involved in association leadership, serving on several state and local committees. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the CCRA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and was recently elected to the CCRA 2026 Board of Directors. She has a passion for serving and educating the community on the resources and tools to help build generational wealth.
