Hi! I am Savannah Bailey, a full time local Realtor here in the Midlands or the Greater Columbia South Carolina area. My mission is to provide my clients with an unforgettable experience while rather buying their first home, forever home, or selling their current home. I am very passionate on educating my clients about Real Estate and nothing makes me happier than a happy client! I have been in the business for just over 3 years now and I have a tons of experience with both listings, FHA loans, VA loans, Conventional loans, & cash deals. I was able to serve 17 families in 2021 and am on track to serve 30 families in 2022. Real Estate is my passion and I look forward to opportunity to serve more clients in the Columbia area!
