Kim Nguyen began her professional career in the fashion industry, working in the buying office at Eatons department stores. Over the course of 20 years, she developed into an entrepreneurial executive and a veteran in managing sales, marketing, operations, personnel, and merchandising at the district, regional, national, international, and corporate levels for both start-up and established retail franchise, distribution, and manufacturing companies.

With her sustained love of sales and marketing and her intrigue in the direction the real estate market was heading, Kim decided to embark on a career in real estate over 15 years ago after relocating back to her hometown of Toronto.
