Kim McFadden

Kim moved with her family to Florida where she graduated high school and went to college. After college Kim enlisted in the Air Force and served for 6 years. Upon receiving an Honorable Discharge, Kim went to work for the Federal Government.

A full time agent since 2002, Kim received a Gold award in Real Estate in 2005 and a Bronze award in 2006. Kim is always available for her customers. Kim is dedicated to achieving excellent results, while remaining customer focused, providing exceptional service. Kim's customers are at different stages in their lives; they may be purchasing their first home, upsizing, or downsizing. Kim prides herself in honesty and guides her customers at any stage they’re in.

Kim has three children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, dogs, cats, and her horses.
