Kim, the Coldwell Banker KPDD "Golden Rule Award of 2022" winner, is originally from the east coast of Florida. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She and her husband lived in Auburn, AL, for many years before moving to Harris County in 2014 with their three children. Before becoming a Realtor, she spent 15 years in administration, teaching, fundraising, and real estate marketing. She is very thankful for her husband, Todd, who is a math teacher at Brookstone School.

Some things she enjoys include spending time outdoors with her family, taking trips to the coast, and watching Auburn football. Kim loves being involved in her church, local schools, the foster care/adoption community, families with special needs, and supporting her Army friends.

Kim is a licensed REALTOR® in the states of GA and AL. She has earned the designation of Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Graduate Realtor Institute.
