Don’t waste time with anyone else - read this: If you’re looking for a Realtor® in Atlanta I strongly recommend Kirsten Conover with Berkshire Hathaway. Due to relocation we needed to sell our house fast. After Kirsten’s tweaks and marketing we had a full price offer in 5 days! I had talked to SEVEN realtors prior to finding her, some at length; all were nice and I’m sure great, but none had her energy or passion, they just wanted the listing - either overvaluing for “wow” factor, or provided skewed data to underprice so they could get a quick sale. Kirsten gave us a plan of what we needed to do to sell and not leave a dollar behind at closing. Quite simply - she blew the competition away. I hired her the same day. She immediately got to work! She has impeccable interior design skills, knows the market, what type of people are house hunting in our area and how best to appeal to them. Through the entire process she was always 100% available for any questions we had.

Kirsten helped us purchase a home and we really can’t say enough good things about her! As a first time buyer the process can be daunting--you want a professional with experience who will help you make the right decisions and that is Kirsten. She educated us on the intown Atlanta neighborhoods we were interested in--we learned a great deal from her about the types of houses and pluses/minuses of each era of construction. She has excellent taste in design and we generated a lot of ideas for our future house from going to showings with her. When it came time to make an offer, her strategy was clever and helped us prevail without getting into an escalating bidding situation despite competion. I found her patience remarkable--she did a lot of hand-holding with us! To sum it up Kirsten is really much more than a real estate agent - she’s also one part designer, another part psychologist and even life counselor. Working with her made us appreciate much difference a good agent can make!

Throughout or housing search, which lasted several months, she made us feel as though we were her only clients. She went out of her way to make sure that we had all of the information and resources we needed. Her recommendations for brokers, inspections companies, contractors etc were incredibly helpful. Even after the purchase of our home, Kirsten has stayed in touch and has continued to provide us with resources. She was tireless in her pursuit of buyers, and even performed “kitty litter” duties when I was out of town one weekend! We have moved over 10 times and honestly dislike the home search process. Not only did Kirsten work with our desire to only look at 15 houses, she was able to quickly pick up on what would work for us. In addition, Kirsten handled the entire inspection process while we were out of the country in India—distinctly above and beyond the call of duty.
