Klaud was very patient and understanding during the house buying process over the past 18 months. His practical knowledge of house construction is extremely useful due to the many years in real estate.
I appreciated his honest and direct approach when I asked for his input on houses that we looked at. I appreciated his candid responses when asked if the workmanship was quality or not. Was this house taken care of and you took the time to explain and show me what to look for. It wasn't always visible to the eye.

Also, I would like to acknowledge his team for their effiency and attention to detail. A great team !
