We were First Time Home Buyers and we had a lot of unknowns on what to expect about the process. Klaud was available to provide us the right advice and feedback when it came to deciding the layout of the house. Every step of the way we felt very comfortable and confident about our decisions only because of Klaud. In fact, before talking to Klaud, I spoke to few other Realtors where they were trying to sell themself but never came to asking what I was looking for. When I first contacted Klaud, he wasted no time and got started with questions like what is my budget, what is the location, new built / old built, and immediately told me about the property I ended up purchasing. Since mine is yet to be built construction, there were several modifications I wanted to be done to the Front elevation and Layout. I only explained it once to Klaud and he go to work on it right away and gave us what we wanted without me having to go back and forth with the builder. The whole process was as smooth as it can get and definitely enjoyable experience. We strongly recommend Klaud to anyone looking for house. This guy will be the best decision you can make when it comes to choosing your realtor.
